Countries: We currently ship to the United States.
Returns: A return address is issued with every approved return. Please wait for it before sending anything back.

All prices are charged in USD. No hidden fees — every charge is displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping applies automatically to all bundle kits and to every recurring subscription order.
Order Processing
Handling time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Cut-off time: 4:00 PM ET. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Process
Tracked delivery: Every order ships with a tracked service. You'll receive the carrier name and tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Insured shipments: All shipments are insured. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact our support team and we will resolve it.
Packaging: We use recyclable and environmentally friendly materials wherever possible.

Missing Items
Report: If an item is missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tendpaws.com.
Resolution: We will investigate and provide either a replacement or a refund.
Returns
Return window: We offer a 30-day standard return window on unopened items, plus a 100-day satisfaction guarantee.
Conditions: Under the satisfaction guarantee, one opened kit per order is refunded in full without needing to be returned. Any additional kits must be unopened and in their original packaging.
